1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MAF Loans LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website located at our domain and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MAF Loans LLC operates a loan matching platform that connects consumers with third-party lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions, extend loans, or fund loans. We facilitate the submission of loan applications to lenders in our network. Loan amounts, interest rates, APR, terms, and approval decisions are determined solely by the lenders. We do not guarantee that you will receive any loan offer, approval, or funding.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all applications and forms
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use our Services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts

5. Loan Applications and Third-Party Lenders

When you submit a loan application through our platform:

• Your information will be shared with one or more lenders in our network
• Lenders may perform credit checks, which may affect your credit score
• Each lender has its own eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions
• We do not control lender decisions, loan terms, or funding
• You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any loan offer directly with the lender

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are the exclusive property of MAF Loans LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY LENDERS AND FOR ANY LOAN TERMS, FUNDING, OR CREDIT DECISIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAF LOANS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAF Loans LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any dispute between you and a third-party lender.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Columbia, Missouri, or such other location as mutually agreed. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boone County, Missouri.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
