Do Not Sell My Personal Information
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Opt-Out
Your Rights Under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. Under the CCPA, "sale" is broadly defined to include disclosing or making available personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.
When we share your information with lenders in our network to facilitate loan offers, this may constitute a "sale" under the CCPA. You may have the right to opt out of this practice.
How to Opt Out
You may submit an opt-out request using the form below. We will process your request within 10 business days. You may also contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1 (573) 859-4395.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once we process your opt-out request, we will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for purposes that may constitute a "sale" under the CCPA. This may limit our ability to match you with loan offers through our platform. You may still be able to apply directly with individual lenders. Your opt-out choice will remain in effect until you notify us otherwise.
Authorized Agents
If you are a California resident, you may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization, such as a power of attorney or signed written permission. We may require you to verify your identity directly with us before we process the request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a different level of service solely because you chose to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
Other California Privacy Rights
In addition to the right to opt out of sales, California residents may have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (2) request deletion of their personal information; (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information; and (4) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
