1. We Sell Personal Information

MAF Loans LLC ("MAF," "we," "us," or "our") operates MAF Finance, a loan-matching and lead-generation platform. Selling consumer leads is a core part of our business. We are not a lender.

We collect personal and financial information through the App—including name, contact details, Social Security number, driver's license information, bank account and routing numbers, income, employment, and loan purpose—and sell that information to third-party lenders, financial institutions, marketing partners, and data buyers in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws, this practice may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out.

2. Who May Receive Your Data

Buyers may include licensed lenders, cash-advance providers, insurance companies, debt-relief firms, marketing partners, and data brokers who may resell information under their own policies. Once sold, we do not control how buyers use your data.

3. How to Opt Out

Submit a request using the form below, email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Information," or use the in-app "Do Not Sell" control (where available). We will verify your identity where reasonably necessary and process verified requests within 15 business days.

4. What Happens After You Opt Out

After we process your request, we will stop future sales of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Opting out may limit our ability to match you with lenders through the App.

Important: Opting out does not delete information already sold to third parties or stop marketing from buyers who purchased your lead before your request. Opting out of sale is separate from MAF marketing opt-outs—see our Marketing Practices page.

5. Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf with proof of authorization. We may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

6. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We may not be able to provide lead-matching services if you opt out, because those services depend on selling your information.
