Electronic Consent and Disclosure Agreement

You hereby consent to receive all disclosures, notices, agreements, and other communications ("Communications") that we or our lending partners are required or permitted to provide to you by law or contract in electronic format. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loan applications, agreements, and related documents
• Privacy policies, terms of use, and other legal notices
• Disclosures required under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and other federal and state consumer protection laws
• Account statements, payment reminders, and transactional communications
• Marketing communications (where you have opted in)
• Any other documents or communications that we or our lending partners may send to you

3. Method of Delivery

Electronic Communications may be delivered to you by:

• Email to the email address you provide
• Posting on our website or secure portal
• Display on our application or platform
• Other electronic means as we may designate from time to time

You agree to maintain a valid, current email address and to check your email and our website regularly for Communications. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is accurate and that you can receive emails from us (including checking spam or junk folders).

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

• A current web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) capable of displaying HTML and PDF documents
• Software capable of viewing PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)

5. Withdrawal of Consent

7. Legal Effect

Electronic Communications provided to you under this E-Consent shall have the same legal effect as if they were provided in paper form. You agree that such electronic signatures satisfy any applicable legal requirements for a "signature" or "written" consent.

8. Federal Law Compliance

This E-Consent is provided in compliance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), as adopted by applicable states. You acknowledge that you have been informed of your right to receive Communications in paper format and have chosen to receive them electronically.

We may update this E-Consent from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated E-Consent on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised E-Consent.
